Our Dragonflies and Kids Martial Arts programs are designed to help children grow one step at a time. Some students start shy. Some start with extra energy. Some need help listening, focusing, or feeling confident. Martial arts gives them a structured place to practice those skills while learning karate, kickboxing, and self-defense.
Adults often choose BRKKA because they want a more personal way to train.
Our adult group classes focus on kickboxing, while private lessons can focus on kickboxing, Kenpo Karate, self-defense, fitness, or a personalized combination based on the student’s goals.
For many adults, the free private introductory class makes it easier to begin. You can meet the instructor, try a few basic skills, ask questions, and get comfortable before deciding on the right program.
We are not a giant gym or a crowded activity center.
We are a small martial arts academy focused on helping each student feel seen, coached, and supported.
Every new student begins with a free 30-minute private introductory class. This gives us a chance to learn more about the student, understand their goals, and recommend the best starting point.
