Group class schedule

Boca Raton Karate & Kickboxing Academy offers group classes and private lesson options for children, teens, and adults.
Group classes follow our weekly class schedule. Private lessons are scheduled separately by appointment based on instructor availability.
Every new student begins with a free 30-minute private introductory class so we can meet the student, answer questions, and recommend the best program to start with.

Group classes may be made up at any time, based on the appropriate age group and class availability.
Group class makeups are not tracked and are not credited. If a student misses a group class, they may attend another eligible group class as a makeup when available.
Holiday closures are not made up.

Private lessons are scheduled by appointment with your instructor.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a private lesson, please contact your instructor directly. Text works best.
Private lesson times are reserved specifically for that student, so advance notice helps us keep the schedule fair and available for everyone.

We require at least 4 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a private lesson.
Private lessons canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled based on instructor availability.
If a student is a no-show for a scheduled private lesson, that class will not be rescheduled.

Private lesson makeups should be completed within 60 days of the original missed lesson.
Makeup lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability.
This helps students stay consistent while keeping the private lesson schedule manageable for the academy.

Memberships are month-to-month.
Membership cancellations or pauses must be requested at least 2 days before the beginning of the month.
If a membership is canceled or paused after the monthly billing period has started, that month’s payment is not refunded. Any unused membership value may remain as a credit on the student’s account.
This policy helps us manage class space, private lesson schedules, and monthly program planning.

Boca Raton Karate & Kickboxing Academy is closed for the following annual holiday breaks:
Thanksgiving Weekend
Closed Thursday through Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend.
End-of-Year Holiday Break
Closed from Christmas Eve through the first Monday after New Year’s Day.
For 2026, the scheduled holiday closures are:
Thanksgiving Weekend: November 26–29, 2026
End-of-Year Holiday Break: December 24, 2026–January 3, 2027
Holiday classes are not made up.

We keep membership simple.
There are no long-term contracts.
There are no enrollment fees.
There are no belt testing fees.
Our goal is to make training clear, fair, and easy to understand for families and adult students.
